In order to receive gas from us you must have an agreement with Gas Networks Ireland/GNI, the Irish national system operator for trans- mission and distribution of gas (a “Gas Connection Agreement” a copy of which may be found at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xx) under which you have a right for your Premises to be, and to stay, connected to the gas distribu- tion system in line with the terms and conditions of that Gas Connection Agreement. The agreement is that the Generator and its Electricity Distributor both accept the National Terms of Connection (NTC) and agree to keep to its conditions. This will happen from the time that the Generator enters into this contract and it affects the legal rights of the Generator. The NTC is a legal agreement. It sets out rights and duties in relation to the connection at which the Electricity Distributor delivers electricity to, or accepts electricity from, the Generators premises.
