VACATION PLAN 2 All employees in the bargaining unit shall earn paid vacation time 3 under this Article. Vacation benefits are earned on a fiscal year 4 basis--July 1 to June 30.
Vacation Letters Employees who will be absent from duty on vacation, for more than seven (7) calendar days will be entitled to file a letter of preference with their supervisor indicating positions they would accept should a vacancy occur while they are absent. Such letter(s) of preference will only be valid for the duration of the vacation.
AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT DATE September, 2020 The employment contract between School District 271, Kootenai County, State of Idaho, and XXX XXXXX for the 2020/2021 school year is hereby amended as follows: The salary to be paid this certificated employee will be changed to $61300 placement: MA plus 63 credits on year 11.5 working 1 FTE (190). This amendment to the contract only changes the placement and salary amount. Other items listed in the original contract remain the same.
SECTION 4 - VACATION 4.1 Employee shall be entitled to accrue and take vacation leave in accordance with the policy applicable to employees of Manitoba.
Cooperation Agreement At the Closing, PCC and Buyer shall, and PCC shall cause PCC Parent to, execute and deliver the Cooperation Agreement pursuant to which Buyer, PCC Parent and PCC shall provide each other certain information and other assistance in connection with the collection, administration and/or satisfaction of certain of the Retained Liabilities.
Vacation and Sick Leave At such reasonable times as the Board of Directors shall in its discretion permit, the Employee shall be entitled, without loss of pay, to absent himself voluntarily from the performance of his employment under this Agreement, with all such voluntary absences to count as vacation time; provided that:
Annual Vacation Leave 30.01 An Employee shall not take vacation leave without prior authorization from the Employer.
Annual Vacation Auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of four percent (4%) of their regular earnings. After one thousand (1,000) days worked, auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of six percent (6%) of their regular earnings.
Employment Agreements Each of the persons listed on Schedule 9.12 shall have been afforded the opportunity to enter into an employment agreement substantially in the form of Annex VIII hereto.
Variation Agreement (1) The First Variation Agreement is ratified.
