AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT. The following sections of the Employment Contract are deleted and replaced in their entirety with the following new sections, effective as of 11:59 p.m. on January 31, 2009. All capitalized terms in this Amendment to Employment Contract not otherwise defined below shall have the definitions given to them in the Employment Contract. Except as modified hereby, the Employment Contract continues in full force and effect through the end of the Term (as defined in the Employment Contract, as modified hereby), except that Sections 12, 13 and 14 of the Employment Contract shall survive termination of the Employment Contract and Edelman's employment by Xxxxxx Mac.
