NATIONAL VACATION AGREEMENT. The following represents a synthesis in one document, for the convenience of the parties, of the current provisions of the December 17, 1941 National Vacation Agreement and amendments thereto provided in the National Agreements of August 21, 1954, August 19, 1960, November 20, 1964, December 15, 1966, January 13, 1967, December 28, 1967, June 24, 1968, February 25, 1971, December 6, 1978 and December 11, 1981, with appropriate source identifications. This is intended as a guide and is not to be construed as constituting a separate agreement between the parties. If any dispute arises as to the proper interpretation or application of any provision, the terms of the appropriate vacation agreement shall govern.
