Common use of Nationally Normed Referenced Assessments & School-Level Assessments Clause in Contracts

Nationally Normed Referenced Assessments & School-Level Assessments. School students may take a nationally normed referenced assessment on at least an annual basis. In addition, School students will also take assessments that are consistent with the education program articulated in Exhibit D, the statutory purposes articulated in Exhibit F and the school goals articulated in Exhibit G.
