Natural Gas Supply and Service Agreement. Continuous supply of natural gas of at least 3.2 billion cubic feet per year, at a minimum rate of 450 — 550 MCF per hour and at a minimum pressure of 75 – 200 psi at the plant site. Pressure reducing stations must be located so as to provide stable pressure at the point of use. Owner shall provide all gas piping to the use points and supply meters and regulators to provide burner tip pressures as specified by Design-Builder. Owner shall also supply a digital flowmeter on-site with appropriate output for monitoring by the plant’s computer control system.
