NDC Codes. Mylan shall obtain its own labeler code, drug listing and NDC for use in connection with the sale of Product.
NDC Codes. Purchaser shall have the right to use the Seller’s NDC codes for the Product in order to sell the Inventory it acquires from Seller, but shall not have the right to have manufactured or sell any other Product utilizing the Seller NDC codes.
NDC Codes. Promptly following the Closing, Purchaser shall take any and all action necessary to change, as expeditiously as possible, the National Drug Code ("NDC") number for each Product and to apply such new NDC number to each Product.
NDC Codes. Redacted provision dealing with the Seller's rights with respect to information relating to the purchased products for competitive reasons. As soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than six (6) months after Closing, the Purchaser shall obtain and use new NDC Codes for the Natroba Products and cease using the Seller NDC Codes.
NDC Codes. “NDC Codes” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(g) hereof.
NDC Codes. Sanofi shall obtain new National Drug Codes in Sanofi’s name for all Products (other than Clopidogrel Products in the U.S.) sold on or after the Initial Closing Date, and shall make any similar changes throughout Territory A and Territory B1 consistent with this Agreement such that returns, rebates and similar items for Products (other than Clopidogrel Products in the U.S.) sold after the Initial Closing Date will be billed and paid by Sanofi and its Affiliates.
