NEAT APPEARANCE. Lessee shall maintain its leased area in a neat and businesslike appearance. No parcels, packages, bundles, baggage, or other items of cargo received, stored, or held for shipment shall be stored or kept in a place visible from any area commonly and customarily open to the public.
