Common use of Necessaries Clause in Contracts

Necessaries. Parent agrees to provide Center with a change of clothing and a sufficient supply of disposable pull-ups (diapers for infants) to meet Child's needs. If Center has to provide pull-ups/diapers for Child, Parent will be charged a fee per pull- up/diaper (Please see Parent Handbook for applicable fee). Additionally, if Child is enrolled in full day Preschool program, Parent must provide a fitted crib sheet and small blanket for nap.
