Need for Further Staffing and Dependence Upon Key Personnel Sample Clauses

Need for Further Staffing and Dependence Upon Key Personnel. The Company currently has a limited number of employees and consultants. In order to implement its business plans and to remain competitive, the Company will need to attract and retain additional personnel and consultants. Thus, the success of the Company will in significant part depend upon the efforts of personnel not yet identified and upon its ability to attract and retain highly skilled technical, managerial and sales and marketing personnel. The Company faces significant competition for such personnel from other companies. There can be no assurance that the Company will be able to attract and retain necessary personnel. The failure to hire and retain such personnel could materially and adversely affect the Company’s prospects.
