NEGOTIATION COMMENCEMENT. Negotiations for a subsequent contract shall commence at an agreed upon date by mutual consent of both parties. In no case shall that be later than May 1st of the final year of the agreement.

Construction Commencement The Connecting Transmission Owner shall commence construction of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades for which it is responsible as soon as practicable after the following additional conditions are satisfied:
DURATION, COMMENCEMENT AND PLACE 5.1 The Licence will commence on the Commencement Date.

Service Commencement 3.1 The Engineer may reuse an existing socket and line routing to fulfil your order; if this occurs your appointment will be cancelled and no engineer will attend site.
