RETIREMENT AWARD. (A) Employees with “regular” status as of August 1, 2007 are eligible to receive a Retirement Award, provided they retire with an unreduced pension. Employees hired after 1 August 2007 are not eligible to receive a Retirement Award. The amount of the Award is equal to one week's pay for each year of full service or portion thereof to a maximum of twenty-six (26) years or twenty-six (26) weeks' pay calculated as follows: Hourly Rate x Standard Hrs. per Year = 1 Week’s Pay 52 week (B) Planners with “regular” status as of November 23, 2007 are eligible to receive a Retirement Award as contemplated in Article 20.10 (a) above, provided they retire with an unreduced pension. Planners hired after November 23, 2007 are not eligible to receive a Retirement Award.
RETIREMENT AWARD. 11.01 No Retirement Award shall be paid unless a teacher has a total of fifteen (15) or more years of service with the Board or its predecessors for which salary has been paid.
RETIREMENT AWARD. A. Upon retirement, payment for accumulated sick days for eligible employees shall be based on $30 per unused sick leave day up to a maximum of two hundred (200) days or $$6,000. Eligible employees enrolled in the New York State and Employees Retirement System may choose, pursuant to Section 41j of the Retirement and Social Security Law (RSSL), to convert accumulated unused sick leave to retirement service credit up to the maximum allowed by law (currently 165). Any accumulated unused sick days beyond the 165 days that were submitted for 41j Service Credit shall be paid upon retirement from the District at the rate of $30 per day, up to a maximum of 35 days or $1,050 A minimum of fifteen (15) years of District service is required and unit members must be eligible for retirement and retire under the New York State Employee's Retirement System, or the New York State Teachers Retirement System as the case may be in order to be eligible for this benefit. Unit members not enrolled in either system will also be eligible for this benefit if he/she also meets the eligibility requirements set-forth in this Article and retires from the District.
RETIREMENT AWARD a retirement award shall be given to a retiree who had rendered at least fifteen (15) years of satisfactory government service the last five (5) years of which was spent with ISPSC. This award shall be in the form of either a plaque or certificate of recognition.
RETIREMENT AWARD. Each teacher who hereafter indicates his intention to retire one year prior to such retirement under the New York State Teachers Retirement System, shall receive at the start of the last school year of service, a salary increase for that year equal to 5/10 of 1% (0.5%) of his/her current salary multiplied by the number of years of service in this school district, such salary increase not to exceed $3,000.
RETIREMENT AWARD. Employees who retire under the conditions established by the New York State Teachers/New York State Employees’ Retirement System, (membership not required) with ten (10) or more consecutive years of service to the District and who serve written notice of such intended retirement at least three (3) months prior to the date of retirement, shall receive upon retirement a one-time only bonus as follows: Twenty-five ($25) dollars multiplied by said employee’s unused sick days not in excess o f one hundred-fifty (150) days. Any bargaining unit member that retires on the last instructional day of the school year ended June 2013, will be eligible for a retirement incentive of $2,500 prorated. The member must notify the District of their intent, in writing, by March 1, 2013. Bargaining unit members that retire in their first year of eligibility, effective on the last instructional day of any given school year, are eligible for a retirement incentive of $2,500, prorated, for the years ending June 2014, 2015, and 2016. The member must notify the District of their intent, in writing by March 1st of the year in which they are retiring.

RETIREMENT AWARD. If at any time following December 31, 2011 (the “Transition Date”), the Company terminates the Executive without Cause pursuant to Section 3.1.5 or the Executive ends his employment relationship with the Company pursuant to Section 3.1.7, then, in addition to the payments provided in Section 4.1, which payments shall include the pro rata bonus in Section 4.1(d), whether or not the termination is voluntary by the Executive without Good Reason:
