RETIREMENT AWARD. Employees with “regular” status as of August 1, 2007 are eligible to receive a Retirement Award, provided they retire with an unreduced pension. Employees hired after 1 August 2007 are not eligible to receive a Retirement Award. The amount of the Award is equal to one week's pay for each year of full service or portion thereof to a maximum of twenty-six (26) years or twenty-six (26) weeks' pay calculated as follows: (B) Planners with “regular” status as of November 23, 2007 are eligible to receive a Retirement Award as contemplated in Article 20.10 (a) above, provided they retire with an unreduced pension. Planners hired after November 23, 2007 are not eligible to receive a Retirement Award.

RETIREMENT AWARD. 11.01 No Retirement Award shall be paid unless a teacher has a total of fifteen (15) or more years of service with the Board or its predecessors for. which salary has been paid. 11.02 At least fifteen (15) years of the total years of service required pursuant to 11 .01 must have been consecutive. 11.03 Retirement Award shall be paid when a teacher: (9 verifies that he/she is in receipt of a pension from the Nova Scotia Teachers’ Pension Fund; or
RETIREMENT AWARD a retirement award shall be given to a retiree who had rendered at least fifteen (15) years of satisfactory government service the last five (5) years of which was spent with ISPSC. This award shall be in the form of either a plaque or certificate of recognition.
RETIREMENT AWARD. 25.1. The District shall make available a retirement award to be determined using the following table: Accumulated sick days conversion decimal 1 to 50 .10 51 to 100 .20 101 to 150 .35 151 to 165 .55 Upon reaching a level all days are paid at that rate. Eligible employees enrolled in the New York State and Employees Retirement System may choose, pursuant to Section 41j of the Retirement and Social Security Law (RSSL), to convert accumulated unused sick leave to retirement service credit up to the maximum allowed by law (currently 165). Any accumulated unused sick days beyond the 165 days that were submitted for 41j Service Credit shall be paid upon retirement from the District at the rate of $30 per day, up to a maximum of 35 days or $1,050 A minimum of fifteen (15) years of District service is required and unit members must be eligible for retirement and retire under the New York State Employee's Retirement System, or the New York State Teachers Retirement System as the case may be in order to be eligible for this benefit. Unit members not enrolled in either system will also be eligible for this benefit if he/she also meets the eligibility requirements set-forth in this Article and retires from the District. B. Also, in order for the employee to be eligible for this benefit, he/she must notify the Superintendent in writing at least three (3) months prior to the effective date of the retirement. At the Superintendent's discretion, the notice requirement may be waived for extenuating circumstances.

RETIREMENT AWARD. Employees who retire under the conditions established by the New York State Teachers/New York State EmployeesRetirement System, (membership not required) with ten (10) or more consecutive years of service to the District and who serve written notice of such intended retirement at least three (3) months prior to the date of retirement, shall receive upon retirement a one-time only bonus as follows: Any bargaining unit member that retires on the last instructional day of the school year ended June 2013, will be eligible for a retirement incentive of $2,500 prorated. The member must notify the District of their intent, in writing, by March 1, 2013. Bargaining unit members that retire in their first year of eligibility, effective on the last instructional day of any given school year, are eligible for a retirement incentive of $2,500, prorated, for the years ending June 2014, 2015, and 2016. The member must notify the District of their intent, in writing by March 1st of the year in which they are retiring.
RETIREMENT AWARD. If at any time following December 31, 2011 (the “Transition Date”), the Company terminates the Executive without Cause pursuant to Section 3.1.5 or the Executive ends his employment relationship with the Company pursuant to Section 3.1.7, then, in addition to the payments provided in Section 4.1, which payments shall include the pro rata bonus in Section 4.1(d), whether or not the termination is voluntary by the Executive without Good Reason: (i) the Company shall pay to the Executive a lump-sum retirement payment equal to one (1) times (1X) the sum of (A) the Executive’s then current Base Salary, (B) $10,000 in lieu of outplacement services, plus (C) the full amount of the Target Bonus for the year in which the termination occurs, which amount shall be payable on the first Company payroll date occurring on or following the first day of the seventh (7th) month following the date of termination of employment; (ii) the Company shall continue to provide for a period of twelve (12) months following the date of termination of employment (or until such earlier date that substantially the same or better benefits are provided by a successor employer) (the “Retirement Continuation Period”) medical, life, dental and vision insurance benefits provided pursuant to Section 2.5 (for the Executive and his spouse and dependents, if applicable), pursuant and subject to the paragraph below that further discusses health benefits;
