Negotiation Resolution Sample Clauses

Negotiation Resolution. Any dispute or difference arising in connection with this Agreement will be referred in writing to the PatentBook Administrator which will attempt to resolve the dispute by negotiation in good faith within fourteen (14) days of one Party notifying the other of the dispute or difference.
