As a part of the negotiation process, the Association will present proposals to the District relative to salaries, hours of employment and other terms and conditions of employment for the employees in the Bargaining Unit The District shall discuss such proposals with the Association, and upon completion of such discussions, the results shall be reduced to writing and be presented to the District’s Board of Education (“Board”), and the Bargaining Unit, for their ratification or rejection.
