Aprons. The Employer agrees to supply aprons to all cooking, cleaning-waitress staff. The aprons are to remain the property of the Employer and the Employer will be responsible for cleaning.

Aprons. Poker associates shall additionally be provided with a uniform jacket which shall be the only approved outer garment for poker associates. Until the jackets are supplied, poker associates may continue to follow current practice regarding outer garments. As current uniform shirts are discarded, the Employer will replace them with uniform shirts made from a more breathable fabric, same or similar to the polyester/microfiber shirts shown to the bargaining committee during negotiations.
Aprons. 4 The District shall provide at least two (2) adjustable neck strap, polyester/blend fabric aprons for 5 employees per school year. A committee of food service employees and management will meet 6 no later than January 15 each year and select the apron style/color choice(s) annually. If the 7 commercial apron selected by the committee is not available in an employee’s proper size, the 8 District will reimburse that employee for the cost of obtaining a pre-approved apron. Aprons are 9 to be worn during service periods and may be covered with District-supplied disposable aprons 10 during preparation and cleanup.

The following is a list of items to be provided/purchased by the Department in quantities to be determined by the Contract Manager: All pots and pans; Mop buckets; Service utensils; Trays; Tumblers; Forks, knives and spoons (permanent wear); Single service plates, cups, and eating utensils in emergency situations or equipment breakdown, when approved by the Contract Manager; Garbage containers and bags and adequate trash removal as deemed necessary to maintain the highest standards of sanitation, not including swill removal; and Pest control for all areas assigned to the Contractor in accordance with the existing institutional policy and procedure directives.
