Negotiations Process. 1. All negotiating meetings shall be closed to the public. 2. The Board shall furnish to the Association, upon reasonable request, existing information which would assist the Association in making proposals for negotiations including, but not limited to, information about operating levies, enrollment, budgets, and other financial data of the school district. The Association shall furnish to the Board's negotiating representatives existing information that would assist the Board in analyzing Association proposals. After the initial negotiations session, all requests for information should be coordinated through the respective spokespersons. 3.
