Negotiations Provisions. The parties shall commence bargaining for a successor agreement within sixty (60) days of either party’s request or on or before March 1 of the last year of the contract or such other date as the parties may mutually agree, and shall bargain as per the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act and its Rules and Regulations. Each party shall appoint no more than seven (7) representatives to its negotiations committee, in addition to legal counsel and/or IEA UniServ Director.

  • Survival of Terms and Conditions The Parties understand and agree that all terms and conditions of the Agreement that require continued performance, compliance, or effect beyond the termination date of the Agreement shall survive such termination date and shall be enforceable in the event of a failure to perform or comply.
