Common use of Negotiations Release Time Clause in Contracts

Negotiations Release Time. The Association negotiating team shall be permitted to attend negotiating meetings with the County without loss of pay relative to securing contract renewal to the extent that such meetings are scheduled during duty hours of the members so attending. Off-duty personnel attending negotiating sessions shall not receive any compensation for such attendance.
