Negotiations Timetable. Prior to the termination of this CBA, the Union and the City shall exchange written proposals for any changes in negotiable matters pertaining to wages, hours and working conditions sought for the subsequent year(s). Thereafter, negotiations shall be governed by RCW 41.56.
