Neighborhood Park Fee Sample Clauses

Neighborhood Park Fee to fund the fair share contributions toward the design and construction of neighborhood park improvements and infrastructure, pedestrian, bike and multi-purpose trails, to be constructed by Constructing Owners or the Park Agency (as defined herein). The Neighborhood Park Fee shall also include additional funding from the in-lieu park land dedication fee described in Section 13.3.6 equivalent to 18 acres of dedicated and improved parkland (which funding may be used for parkland acquisition and/or additional park improvements, at the Park Agency’s discretion) and additional funding allocated under the Finance Plan for joint use facilities (which funding may be used by the Park Agency to finance joint use facilities in collaboration with the School District or additional neighborhood park improvements). The Constructing Owner shall not be entitled to credit against or reimbursement from the portion of the Neighborhood Park Fee applicable to the in-lieu park land dedication fee or joint use facilities unless specifically authorized in a separate Credit / Reimbursement Agreement; and
