NET USABLE AREA. 1. Definition: The sum of all areas on all floors of a building either assigned to, or available for assignment to, an occupant or specific use, or necessary for the general operation of a building.
NET USABLE AREA. The term "Net Usable Area" shall mean all floor area in the Leased Premises as measured to the exterior glass line and from centerline to centerline of all perimeter partitions, without deduction for columns and projections necessary to the Building. Tenant agrees to the Net Usable Area specified in the Office Lease Basic Information.
