Common use of Netflix and Peloton Clause in Contracts

Netflix and Peloton. Digital Subscription Reimbursements If your Program tier is Water, Air, or Fire, we will reimburse you for the cost of up to two (2) months of Netflix and/or Peloton Digital subscription fees charged to your Card per Enrollment Period. Your Netflix and/or Peloton Digital subscriptions must be charged to your Card to receive reimbursement; this means you must have provided your card number for your subscription. If you provided your account and routing number, you will not be eligible to receive this reimbursement. We will automatically credit each reimbursement to your Oxygen Account within two (2) business days after we detect a Card transaction charged to your Account by either Netflix or Peloton. For Netflix subscriptions, the amount we will reimburse to you each month will be the lesser of the amount of the Card transaction or $13.99. For Peloton Digital subscriptions, the amount we will reimburse to you each month will be the lesser of the amount of the Card transaction or $12.99.
