Common use of Network/data network Clause in Contracts

Network/data network. Each of the data outlets must provide a minimum of a 100 9 megabits per second (Mbps) switched Ethernet connection and must be capable of 10 being assigned to a designated VLAN. Developer shall provide the capability to assign 11 each data outlet to have an independent VLAN. Developer shall provide patch cables 12 long enough to safely reach from the data network outlets to the designated computer(s) 13 and printer(s). Developer shall install all cable raceways and J hook cable supports in 14 accordance with Building Industry Consulting Services International and National 15 Electrical Code standards. Each location must allow for ADOT-provided computer 16 equipment to be installed and operated.
