The parties will work cooperatively to install and maintain reliable interconnected telecommunications networks, including but not limited to, providing maintenance contact numbers and escalation procedures and developing mutually agreed upon solutions to tandem exhaust issues as they arise. BellSouth will provide public notice of changes in the information necessary for the transmission and routing of services using its local exchange facilities or networks, as well as of any other changes that would affect the interoperability of those facilities and networks. B. The interconnection of all networks will be based upon accepted industry/national guidelines for transmission standards and traffic blocking
