NETWORK DEVELOPMENT AND LOW CARBON VEHICLES. 8.1 The Parties intend that the Operators will, for a period of no fewer than five years from the date the Partnership Agreement comes into being, maintain the current overall level of commercial bus operation in the area governed by the Partnership Agreement and intend that, within such arrangement (and over a period of no fewer than three years), no fewer than fifty (50) vehicles may be provided in the area governed by the Partnership Agreement to “kick-start” additional commercial services and improve existing commercial services to help attract more people to bus travel, such per Operator minimum number of buses to be agreed between the Parties and will be set out in the Partnership Agreement, provided that any new operator which become party to the Partnership Agreement following its commencement may be obliged to provide a minimum number of vehicles to be at the time of accession (such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed and without prejudice to the workings of the Partnership) as fair and appropriate.

Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Energy Resource Interconnection Service (ER Interconnection Service).

  • Required Coverages For Generation Resources Of 20 Megawatts Or Less Each Constructing Entity shall maintain the types of insurance as described in section 11.1 paragraphs (a) through (e) above in an amount sufficient to insure against all reasonably foreseeable direct liabilities given the size and nature of the generating equipment being interconnected, the interconnection itself, and the characteristics of the system to which the interconnection is made. Additional insurance may be required by the Interconnection Customer, as a function of owning and operating a Generating Facility. All insurance shall be procured from insurance companies rated “A-,” VII or better by AM Best and authorized to do business in a state or states in which the Interconnection Facilities are located. Failure to maintain required insurance shall be a Breach of the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

  • Unbundled Sub-Loop Concentration System (USLC 2.9.1 Where facilities permit and where necessary to comply with an effective Commission order, BellSouth will provide <<customer_name>> with the ability to concentrate its sub-loops onto multiple DS1s back to the BellSouth Central Office. The DS1s will then be terminated into <<customer_name>>’s collocation space. TR-008 and TR303 interface standards are available.
