Network Key Result Areas. If requested by the Access Holder or ARTC, the Operator agrees to participate in the negotiations to agree, or the reviews of, the key performance indicators Network Key Result Areas (as that term is defined under the Access Holder Agreement) to apply to the operation of the Network and the Services.

Network Key Result Areas. (a) If requested by the Access Holder, ARTC will report actual performance against each of the Key Performance IndicatorsNetwork Key Result Areas, within a reasonable period following the completion of the reporting period specified in Schedule 4, as determined by ARTC having regard to the specific characteristics of each indicator. (b) The parties will meet regularly, and in any case at least once each Contract Year, for the purpose of discussing actual performance against the Key Performance Indicators Network Key Result Areas in Schedule 4. (c) If requested by a party, the other party agrees to include one or more Operators in a review of performance against the Key Performance IndicatorsNetwork Key Result Areas, as contemplated at clause 3.13(a). (d) The Key Performance Indicators Network Key Result Areas will be reviewed in good faith by ARTC and the Access Holder at least once every two Contract Years.
