NETWORK SECURITY AND PRIVACY LIABILITY. Required Not required Grantee must provide network security and privacy liability insurance for the duration of the Grant and for the period of time in which Grantee (or its business associates, contractors, or subgrantees) maintains, possesses, stores or has access to Agency or client data, whichever is longer, with a combined single limit of no less than $ per claim or incident.
