Common use of Network Services Clause in Contracts

Network Services. 10.2.1 Subject to condition 10.2.2, the Client shall be invoiced monthly in arrears by Digital Origin and shall pay the Charges by direct debit within ten days of the date of the invoice (unless otherwise expressly agreed with Digital Origin and set out on the Order Form). 10.2.2 Line rental is payable monthy or quarterly in advance as specified on the Order Form, unless expressly agreed in writing by Digital Origin.
