New Aircraft Engines and Propellers, and Rebuilt Engines. (a) An AA, when importing new U.S. aircraft engines and propellers and rebuilt engines, shall accept an FAA Authorized Release Certificate on those new aircraft engines, propellers, and rebuilt engines only when the FAA certifies that each engine or propeller:
