New Business Stores. The Employer will have the flexibility to schedule pre- March 17th, 1993 and Post-March 17th, 1993 employees provided that Pre-March 17th, 1993 employees are scheduled to work a minimum of twenty-five (25%) percent of the hours in the new store.
