Common use of New Conduits Clause in Contracts

New Conduits. The right to lay or construct new Conduits in, on or under the Premises with the Tenant's consent (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed) and to connect into such Conduits as are now or may after the date of this Lease be in on or under the Premises other than Conduits capable of serving only the Premises.
