New Employment Opportunities. Te Pūkenga will subsequently advise TEU and affected kaimahi as to whether employment opportunities exist with the new employer and, if so, the nature of those opportunities. Te Pūkenga will also advise kaimahi and explain the implications of their right to accept or decline to transfer to the new employer.
