New Hire Salaries. New hire salaries will not exceed the mid-point of the salary range for each classification in the bargaining unit. The Employer will provide the NSCPA President and the Chief Negotiator with the list of all NSCPA classification titles with corresponding salary ranges any time the list is updated.
