New Job Specifications. The Union shall be notified in writing of any proposed change or new job specification for bargaining unit classifications prior to implementation. Upon written request of the Union, the State agrees to negotiate over the impact of the effect of any change to the extent required by law; however, such negotiations shall not prevent the State from implementation.
