Referred Participating Teacher a. A Referred Participating Teacher is a teacher with permanent status who has been referred to receive assistance to improve his or her instructional skills, classroom management, knowledge of subject, and/or related aspects of his or her teaching performance as a result of an unsatisfactory Summary Evaluation.
Special Rules Regarding Related Entities and Branches That Are Nonparticipating Financial Institutions If a Finnish Financial Institution, that otherwise meets the requirements described in paragraph 1 of this Article or is described in paragraph 3 or 4 of this Article, has a Related Entity or branch that operates in a jurisdiction that prevents such Related Entity or branch from fulfilling the requirements of a participating FFI or deemed-compliant FFI for purposes of section 1471 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code or has a Related Entity or branch that is treated as a Nonparticipating Financial Institution solely due to the expiration of the transitional rule for limited FFIs and limited branches under relevant U.S. Treasury Regulations, such Finnish Financial Institution shall continue to be in compliance with the terms of this Agreement and shall continue to be treated as a deemed- compliant FFI or exempt beneficial owner, as appropriate, for purposes of section 1471 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, provided that:

Credit for advanced standing courses will be given at the end of the college semester. Please be sure Xxxxx State College (SSC) has a copy of your final High School Transcript. The student must enroll in at least one course at SSC within one year of high school graduation to be eligible to receive articulated credit(s). PARTICIPATION, CONTRACT ACCESS, AND PARTICIPATING ENTITY REQUIREMENTS A. PARTICIPATION. Sourcewell’s cooperative contracts are available and open to public and nonprofit entities across the United States and Canada; such as federal, state/province, municipal, K-12 and higher education, tribal government, and other public entities. The benefits of this Contract should be available to all Participating Entities that can legally access the Equipment, Products, or Services under this Contract. A Participating Entity’s authority to access this Contract is determined through its cooperative purchasing, interlocal, or joint powers laws. Any entity accessing benefits of this Contract will be considered a Service Member of Sourcewell during such time of access. Supplier understands that a Participating Entity’s use of this Contract is at the Participating Entity’s sole convenience and Participating Entities reserve the right to obtain like Equipment, Products, or Services from any other source. Supplier is responsible for familiarizing its sales and service forces with Sourcewell contract use eligibility requirements and documentation and will encourage potential participating entities to join Sourcewell. Sourcewell reserves the right to add and remove Participating Entities to its roster during the term of this Contract.
Participating Teachers A participating Teacher is a unit member who receives assistance and/or coaching to improve instructional skills, classroom management, knowledge of subject, and related aspects of teaching performance. There are two (2) categories of Participating Teachers.
Participating Provider A Provider that has a Provider Agreement with United Concordia Dental pertaining to payment for Covered Services rendered to a Member.
Association Participation Employee Represented - The Board acknowledges the right of the Association's grievance representative to participate in the processing of a grievance at any level, and no employee shall be required to discuss any grievance if the Association's representative is not present.
Associate Members An Associate Member is any government or regulatory agency that has an interest in the development of oneM2M Technical Specifications and Technical Reports. The list of the Associate Members will be maintained by the Secretariat and visible to all oneM2M Participants.
