New PILOT Terms and Payment Schedules. The term for each New PILOT Agreement and schedule of PILOT Payments thereunder shall expire on the Expiration Date as hereinbefore defined. Each such New PILOT Agreement shall function and serve to induce and support the Project, shall be substantially in accordance with the form of this Agreement and shall not contain any material terms, covenants or conditions inconsistent with those of this Agreement or in any manner whatsoever modify, limit, restrict, impair, or diminish any of the Affected Tax Jurisdictions’ rights to receive, or to receive the benefit of, the Base Amount, the Base Amount Prepayment, the Affected Tax Jurisdictions Participation PILOT Payment, Supplemental Payments, if applicable, and any other payments due to any of the Affected Tax Jurisdictions hereunder with respect to the PILOT Lands or any Added Parcel(s), or the Agency’s obligations regarding an assignment and pledge of the PILOT Increment of the Total PILOT Payments to a PILOT Bond Trustee.

  • FEES AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE The fees and payment schedule for furnishing services under this Contract shall be based on the rate schedule which is attached hereto as Exhibit B and by this reference incorporated herein. Said fees shall remain in effect for the entire term of the Contract. Contractor shall provide County with his/her/its Federal Tax I.D. number prior to submitting the first invoice.

  • Prices and Payment Terms 5.1 Order prices are net and do not include value added tax (“VAT”).   • Billing and Payment Terms Customer will be billed monthly in advance of the provision of Internet Data Center Services, and payment of such fees will be due within thirty (30) days of the date of each Exodus invoice. All payments will be made in U.S. dollars. Late payments hereunder will accrue interest at a rate of one and one-half percent (1 1/2%) per month, or the highest rate allowed by applicable law, whichever is lower. If in its judgment Exodus determines that Customer is not creditworthy or is otherwise not financially secure, Exodus may, upon written notice to Customer, modify the payment terms to require full payment before the provision of Internet Data Center Services or other assurances to secure Customer's payment obligations hereunder.
