In interpreting the provisions of this Article VI, the Parties agree that, in addition to undertaking the responsibility for the payment of all of the amounts set forth under Articles IV and V, and as further consideration for the execution of this Agreement by the District, the Applicant shall also be responsible for the Supplemental Payments set forth in this Article VI.
