New Positions of Responsibility. In the event that the Employer creates a position of responsibility within the Bargaining Unit which is not specifically covered by the Collective Agreement, and where such position is to be filled by a member of the Local, the compensation for the position shall be negotiated between the Parties to a point of mutual agreement.
