New Record Entry. Each new record entered into the LOUISIANA COURT CONNECTION shall be flagged with the date and time of entry, the operator who entered the information and a status code of ‘N’ indicating a new entry.

  • Paper Record Search If the Reporting Financial Institution’s electronically searchable databases include fields for and capture all of the information described in subparagraph D.3. of this section, then no further paper record search is required. If the electronic databases do not capture all of this information, then with respect to High Value Accounts, the Reporting Financial Institution must also review the current customer master file and, to the extent not contained in the current customer master file, the following documents associated with the account and obtained by the Reporting Financial Institution within the last five years for any of the indicia described in subparagraph B.1. of this section:

  • Transit Records 7.6.1 CenturyLink and CLEC will exchange wireline network usage data originated by a wireline Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) where the NXX resides in a wireline LEC Switch, transits CenturyLink's network, and terminates to CLEC's network when Technically Feasible and commercially reasonable. Each Party agrees to provide to the other this wireline network usage data when CenturyLink or CLEC acts as a transit provider currently or in the future. The Parties understand that this information is Carrier protected information under Section 222 of the Telecommunications Act and shall be used solely for the purposes of Billing the wireline LEC. CLEC will provide to CenturyLink information to enable CenturyLink to provide transit records on a mechanized basis when Technically Feasible. This includes, but is not limited to: service center information, operating company number, and state jurisdiction. CenturyLink and CLEC agree to exchange wireline network usage data as Category 11-01-XX.

  • BANK’S RECORD OF TRANSACTIONS The Bank’s record of transactions in respect of and in connection with the use and operation of TBS is conclusive and binding on the Account Holder for all purposes whatsoever save for any manifest error or clerical error but nothing herein shall preclude the Bank from rectifying at any time any error, irregularity or omission therein.

  • Inspection and Retention of Records In addition to any other requirement under this Agreement or at law, Party must fulfill all state and federal legal requirements, and will comply with all requests appropriate to enable the Agency of Human Services, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (along with its Inspector General and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services), the Comptroller General, the Government Accounting Office, or any of their designees: (i) to evaluate through inspection or other means the quality, appropriateness, and timeliness of services performed under this Agreement; and (ii) to inspect and audit any records, financial data, contracts, computer or other electronic systems of Party relating to the performance of services under Vermont’s Medicaid program and Vermont’s Global Commitment to Health Waiver.   • Electronic Record Search The Reporting Financial Institution must review electronically searchable data maintained by them for any of the following indicia:

  • PAYEE DATA RECORD FORM STD 204: This form must be completed by all contractors that are not another state agency or other governmental entity.
