Transcript of Records definition

Transcript of Records means a certificate containing the information on learning outcomes by indicating the name of the Receiving Institution where studies took place, number of national and ECTS credits awarded for every course and final evaluation of the course according to the evaluation system of the institution and ECTS-based system.

Examples of Transcript of Records in a sentence

  • The receiving institution commits to provide the sending institution and the student with a Transcript of Records within a period stipulated in the inter-institutional agreement and normally not longer than five weeks after publication/proclamation of the student’s results at the receiving institution.

Transcript of Records from the host organizationwithout undue delay after the document has been issued by the host organization, and not later than one and a half months after the termination of the mobility period.   • Electronic Record(s means the electronic record as defined under clause (t) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

  • Pupil Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a pupil that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the pupil through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the pupil by a teacher or other local educational LEA employee.

  • Address of record means the designated address recorded

  • Clinical record means a legible electronic or hard-copy history that documents the criteria established for medical records as set forth in rule 441—79.3(249A). A claim form or billing statement does not constitute a clinical record.

  • Operation of a System of Records means performance of any of the activities associated with maintaining the SOR, including the collection, use, maintenance, and dissemination of records.

  • Educational records means: those official records, files, and data directly related to a student and maintained by the school or local education agency, including but not limited to records encompassing all the material kept in the student's cumulative folder such as general identifying data, records of attendance and of academic work completed, records of achievement and results of evaluative tests, health data, disciplinary status, test protocols, and individualized education programs.

  • Case record means the file of personally identifiable information, whether written or electronic in form, on an individual that is collected to carry out the purposes of the division as defined in the Act and the Social Security Act. This information remains a part of the case record and is subject to these rules even when temporarily physically removed, either in whole or in part, from the file folder in which it is normally kept.
