New Sourcing Alliance Members. During the Term of this Agreement it is expected that new Members shall join Sourcing Alliance on an ongoing basis. Pursuant thereto, Collaborent will periodically submit to XX Xxxxx a written list of new Sourcing Alliance Members, including via email, that Collaborent proposes to become Prospective Participants of this Agreement subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and to be added to Appendix I hereto via mutual agreement. Upon XX Xxxxx’x receipt of the Collaborent list of proposed Prospective Participants, XX Xxxxx shall promptly review the same and notify Collaborent in writing, including via email, of those Prospective Participant(s) candidates set forth on said list are that are accepted and approved by XX Xxxxx to become Prospective Participants under this Agreement. Upon XX Xxxxx’x written approval, such individual(s), business(es), or entity(ies) shall become a Prospective Participant(s) under this Agreement, shall be added to Appendix I as a Prospective Participant(s), and shall thereafter be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the payment of Administrative Fees as defined in Appendix G.

  • Designated Teacher for Looked After Children 17A) The Academy Trust will in respect of the Academy act in accordance with, and be bound by, all relevant statutory and regulatory provisions and have regard to any guidance and codes of practice issued pursuant to such provisions, as they apply at any time to a maintained school, relating to the designation of a person to manage the teaching and learning programme for children who are looked after by a LA and are registered pupils at the school.
