New System Capabilities Implementation and Support - FFP; O&M. The Contractor shall implement new system capabilities or functionalities in support of special technology projects. These efforts shall be documented in the form of a technical report and documented within the required MPR. The Contractor shall perform demonstrations of MPE Capabilities. This will include demonstrations connected to military exercises. The Contractor shall document results in a technical report. The Contractor shall analyze the technical impacts of software/hardware maintenance enhancements or modifications to the system product baseline and provide technical support to mitigate any potential impacts. Any actual impacts or baseline changes shall be documented in the MPR. Deliverable: New Capabilities Demonstration Technical Report
