NEW TECHNOLOGY AND UPGRADED MODELS a) The Contractor may offer, for the Government’s consideration, items of hardware, firmware, or software, including support thereof, where such items represent advancements in the state-of-the-art or performance enhancement. If the Government determines it to be to its advantage, those items may be incorporated under this contract by modification.
