Minimum Guarantee. Employees, who report for work on any regularly-scheduled shift, will be guaranteed at least four (4) hours of work or, if no work is available, will be paid for at least four (4) hours. An employee must accept available work as assigned within the employee’s job classification.
Minimum Guarantee. The Board agrees to provide to all Regular Full-Time Employees upon completion of twelve months of service, a minimum guarantee of either thirty-five (35), thirty-seven and one-half (37½), or forty (40) hours per week exclusive of overtime depending upon the number of weekly hours set out in Schedule "A".
Minimum Guarantee. 25.01
(A) All Regularly Assigned and Vacation Relief Engineer Officers shall receive in wages not less than eighty-four (84) times the employee's basic straight-time rate of hourly pay for the employee's regular assigned position for each two (2) week pay period. The overtime portion of pay for a holiday worked, the holiday pay (twelve [12] straight-time hours) for a holiday which falls on the employee's scheduled time off and Employer authorized hours worked beyond the basic twelve (12) hour straight-time day, are the only three (3) forms of pay not included in calculating the Employer's monetary liability in this Rule.
(B) Those Engineer Officers who work two (2) consecutive weeks will have the eligible hours of work (as in (A) above) combined for the two (2) week assignment in computing a minimum guarantee of one hundred and sixty-eight (168) times their basic straight-time pay. This subsection (25.01) (b) shall not diminish the Vacation Relief Engineers minimum guarantee entitlement of one thousand and ninety-two (1,092) hours every six (6) calendar months.
(C) This Rule does not apply to Temporary Relief Engineers.
Minimum Guarantee. 5.1 The Government limits the minimum guarantee to extend only to the base contract period of performance for this IDIQ contract and only in the amount of $3000.00. Funding for this minimum guarantee will be obligated against this contract line item at the time of the base contract award. (NOTE: This is a minimum ordering amount; not a minimum payment.) Should the Government fail to award task order(s) with an aggregate value meeting or exceeding the minimum guarantee of $3000.00 within the period of performance of the base contract, then, ONLY after submittal of proof of contract damages from the contractor, the Government may pay the contractor up to $3000.00. Following the agency’s payment of an amount meeting/exceeding the minimum guarantee under a task order award during the base period, the agency will de-obligate funding for the minimum guarantee.
Minimum Guarantee. Regular assignments in road service, exclusive of work train, which do not operate into or out of a terminal where a spare board is maintained will be guaranteed the equivalent of 3,000 miles per month at the minimum through freight rate.
Minimum Guarantee. (A) The normal work period for all Engineer Officers working regular assignments shall be a fourteen (14) day period consisting of eighty-four hours in pay status within a maximum of seven
Minimum Guarantee. 8.1 The Minimum Guarantee for the development of the Product in accordance with this Agreement shall be the relevant amount set out in Schedule 1 payable to the Developer in the separate Milestone Payments as set out in Schedule 1, each Milestone Payment being payable in accordance with the procedures set out in this Agreement, following acceptance under paragraph 5 above of the materials produced in respect of the corresponding Milestone.
8.2 Without prejudice to the provisions of paragraph 4 above, Publisher shall not unreasonably delay or withhold its acceptance of deliverables in relation to a Milestone.
8.3 Developer may raise an invoice on the Publisher for the relevant Milestone Payment on delivery of the relevant Milestone. Payment of the invoice is due within ten (10) calendar days of the acceptance of the milestone.
8.4 The Publisher shall have no obligation to make any payments to the Developer under this Agreement for anything save for the payment of the Minimum Guarantee referred to in this paragraph 8, Royalties under paragraph 7 and payments (if relevant) under paragraph 6. Nevertheless, any other additional payments that the Publisher, in its discretion, makes to the Developer in relation to the Developer’s work under this Agreement for any reason shall be treated as a further Minimum Guarantee payment and fully recoupable against Royalties payable under this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8.5 All Minimum Guarantees paid by Publisher to the Developer together with payments (if relevant) under paragraph 6 (except payment of Royalties) shall be recoupable at the rate of 100% out of the Royalties payable under this Agreement.
8.6 The parties agree that no finder’s fees are to any party under this transaction.

Minimum Guarantee. If the Contractor elects to cancel this contract in whole, the Government will not pay the minimum guarantee.
Minimum Guarantee. (A) All Regularly Assigned Employees shall receive in wages not less than eighty-four (84) times the employee's basic straight-time rate for each bi-weekly pay period. Minimum guarantee will not apply if the employee only works the first day of the pay period when entering or leaving a yard.
(B) All Relief Employees, RAREs and DRAEs shall receive in wages not less than eighty-four (84) hours straight-time pay for each assignment.
(C) Holiday Premium Pay, overtime worked beyond the basic straight-time day and the premium portion of overtime shall be paid in addition to the guarantee.
(D) The above shall not apply to crew members engaged as seasonals or extras to relieve crew members for vacations, illness or leaves of absence.
