New TennCare Enrollees. 2.4.4.3.1 Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all non-SSI applicants shall be required at the time of their application to select an MCO other than TennCare Select from those MCOs available in the Grand Region where the applicant resides. If the applicant does not select an MCO, the person will be assigned to an MCO by the State in accordance with Section 2.4.4.6.
