New York State Unemployment Contributions. Until December 31, 2014, members of the Time Group shall be responsible for making any required New York State unemployment contributions with respect to Time Employees, Salary Continuation Former Employees and Former Time Employees to the joint accounts maintained together with members of the TWX Group. The Parties acknowledge that TWX will apply to dissolve such accounts effective as of December 31, 2014, and the Time Group shall establish new accounts as necessary to comply with such obligations for periods beginning on January 1, 2015.
