Newly Eligible Persons. Subject to §6.3, any individual who first becomes eligible to be a Covered Person outside the open Enrollment period, shall have thirty (30) days after the date on which he/she became eligible to become a Covered Person. The effective date of such Enrollment shall be as specified in §5.5 of the Certificate.
