NEWS COVERAGE. For the purposes of this Agreement, “News Coverage” means any news program, news update, or news story, in any media format, devoted solely or primarily to the broadcasting or distribution of information about current events. For purposes of this definition, news includes regular news broadcasts (e.g., “NBC Nightly News”) and news "magazine" shows (e.g., “60 Minutes”), but does not include "reality" shows or documentaries (e.g., “Modern Marvels”). XPRIZE and Team are encouraged to stimulate public interest in the Competition by seeking out opportunities for news coverage of Team, Team sponsors, and the Competition in coordination with XPRIZE. In the event that Team is requested by a producer of News Coverage to participate in an interview or otherwise contribute information and materials relating to the Competition to a News Coverage, Team agrees that throughout the duration of Team’s participation in the News Coverage, Team shall (i) promote the Competition in a positive manner; and (ii) comply with the requirements of this Media Rights Agreement. Team will not provide any Competition Media to any media outlet or allow any media outlet to create its own footage without XPRIZE’s prior written consent. If XPRIZE consents to such media relationship, Team will abide by all other conditions in this Agreement.

NEWS COVERAGE. As the only exception to ESPN’s exclusive audio-video coverage (as opposed to distribution) rights of the Events, TRAC may allow bona fide news organizations access to the Site for purposes of covering the Events as (a) news story(ies). Such access will be governed by credentials issued by or on behalf of TRAC and will prohibit the live distribution or recording by any means or media of any portion of the Events. In the case of such access, at all times Productions shall have absolute, first priority to camera and announcing positions, participants and all other services and facilities required, in Productions’ judgment, for its television production, and news organizations crews shall not in any way interfere with Productions’ production. ESPN authorizes the use of a maximum of two minutes of excerpts (“News Excerpts”) from the Programs for use in bona fide news reports about the Event only during the 48 hours immediately subsequent to ESPN’s initial distribution of its fully-produced television Program of the applicable Event. TRAC may also permit local interview and magazine Programs to air News Excerpts for one week preceding or following an Event. All News Excerpts must be credited to the network on which the Event first aired, e.g., ESPN or ESPN2.

  • Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability Insurance The Contractor shall have in effect during the entire life of this Agreement Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability Insurance providing full statutory coverage. In signing this Agreement, the Contractor certifies, as required by Section 1861 of the California Labor Code, that it is aware of the provisions of Section 3700 of the California Labor Code which requires every employer to be insured against liability for Worker's Compensation or to undertake self-insurance in accordance with the provisions of the Code, and I will comply with such provisions before commencing the performance of the work of this Agreement.

  • Continuing Coverage If a letter of assurance is obtained from any insurer under a Hazard Insurance policy or a Flood Insurance policy that the insurance coverage shall continue in full force and effect, the Servicer shall deposit such letter in the appropriate Servicer Mortgage Loan File.

  • BUSINESS COVERED A. By this contract (the "Contract") the Company cedes to the Reinsurer and the Reinsurer hereby accepts, assumes liability for, and reinsures the Company's 100% share in the interests and liabilities arising out of directly or indirectly, in whole or in part or in connection with the Aggregate Excess of Loss Credit Insurance Policy (policy number ), effective January 1, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") issued to Federal National Mortgage Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Insured").
