Night Depository Service. The night depository service is provided by the Credit Union as a convenience. You agree that the Credit Union shall not be required to carry insurance on the depository or the contents of any bag deposited therein, nor shall the Credit Union be responsible for any loss of any bag or its contents or any part thereof, except for such losses directly resulting from the gross negligence and/or willful misconduct of the Credit Union and the Credit Union’s officers or agents.

Night Depository Service. 1. Deposits of currency, cheques or other negotiable instruments shall be placed in properly sealed Disposable Bags together with deposit slips prepared by the Member, in the form approved by the Credit Union. The disposable bag shall be placed in designated night depository slots at a branch of the Credit Union.
Night Depository Service. Northwest offers night depository services at some of its locations for the convenience of Northwest customers wishing to deposit funds into a Northwest Account. Placing funds in the provided night depository indicates your desire that Northwest open the bag or container and process deposits of the permissible items contained therein. You hereby give Northwest the authority to open the container and process any deposits found therein. Any deposit slip or other inventory provided by you is not conclusive as to the contents of the container until verified by Northwest. If a discrepancy is found by Northwest, a reasonable effort will be made to contact you. In the event of any disagreement as to the discrepancy the inventory as provided by Northwest shall control. Northwest will credit your account in accordance with its Funds Availability Policy and the only obligation of Northwest to you regarding the contents of the container is to use due care in the exercise of its normal procedures regarding handling of deposits. Northwest and/or its agents are not responsible for any loss or damage sustained by you in the use of said facility that results from any cause whatsoever, including mechanical defects or a malfunction of the facility itself, unless such damage is caused by the gross negligence of Northwest. Northwest does not insure or guarantee the contents of the container you place in the night depository. Receipts for deposited funds will be mailed or emailed to customers with personal accounts. For customers with business purpose accounts, only those authorized signer(s) on the depository account, or their duly appointed agents, will be provided with the receipt of deposit, which may be provided by US Mail or email. On the business day following deposit in the night depository facility, you must have an authorized representative appear at the Northwest office where the deposit was made, to identify and claim the night deposit container(s) if applicable. Each deposit placed in the night depository facility by you must be in a sealed bag or envelope specifically designed for that purpose and approved by Northwest, and in no other container. Such bags or envelopes will be used only for the deposit of currency, coins, and negotiable paper owned by you. Night Depository Service. Night depository service is provided as a convenience for You. The Bank is not an insurer of, nor is it required to maintain insurance on, the night depository or its contents. When using the night depository, You should be aware of Your surroundings and exercise appropriate caution, especially at night. The records of the Bank indicating receipt or non-receipt of a bag in the night depository shall be binding on both of Us. By receiving a key to the night depository, or by placing a bag or other container (including without limitation any locking zipper bag, non-locking zipper bag, envelope, or disposable bag) into the Bank night depository, You assume all risks until Your Items are processed. You also agree to the following: • A deposit slip or payment coupon will be included in the bag, and only cash, checks, and similar Items for deposit may be included. • The Bank is authorized to open the bag or container, verify the contents, and compare them to the information listed on Your deposit slip or coupon (unless You specifically arrange for the Bank to hold the unopened bag or container for Your retrieval on the next business day, pursuant to a bag holding agreement with the Bank). The Bank may refrain from opening any bag or container that shows signs of tampering or otherwise appears suspicious in any regard, until You or the appropriate authorities are present. • The contents of the bag or container will not be considered a deposit until actually opened, recorded, verified, and accepted by the Bank. A credit to Your account will then be processed. The Bank’s verification of the contents will be considered conclusive and binding on You. • If You have been issued a key to a night depository facility, You may not transfer it to or permit its use by anyone other than You. If the Bank demands, or if Your deposit account is closed for any reason, You must return the key(s) immediately to the Bank. • The Bank reserves the right to terminate the privilege of the night depository services at any time and for any reason.

The following traffic types will be delivered: (I) Local Traffic originated from Carrier to such third-party and (ii) Local Traffic originated from such third-party to Frontier’s tandem and terminated to Carrier.
