Termination of Electronic Services. You agree that we may terminate this Agreement and your Online Banking, Bill Pay, or external transfer services, if you, or any authorized user of EFT services or Access code breach this or any other agreement with us; or if we have reason to believe that there has been an unauthorized use of your accounts or Access code. In addition, we reserve the right to terminate the service if you fail to use the service for more than two consecutive billing cycles. You or any other party to your account can terminate this Agreement by notifying us in writing. Termination of service will be effective the first business day following receipt of your written notice. Termination of this Agreement will not affect the rights and responsibilities of the parties under this Agreement for transactions initiated before termination.

Termination by any one account owner will be binding on all account owners and we are not required to notify other account owners of the termination. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your access to the electronic services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason. In addition, electronic services may be suspended, without advance notice, if there are insufficient funds in any one of your accounts or if any of your accounts are not in good standing as defined in our Member Conduct and Limitation of Services Policy. After suspension, electronic services may be reinstated, at our discretion, once there are sufficient funds in your account(s) to cover any fees and other transfers and debits. If you ask us to terminate your account or your access to any of the electronic services, you will remain liable for subsequent transactions performed on your account. Termination of electronic services does not terminate your accounts or agreements with us and will not affect your authorization for transfers and payments made prior to termination. Upon termination of this Agreement or the electronic services, the Credit Union will use commercially reasonable efforts to cancel any applicable account transactions you have previously authorized, but we make no guarantee that we will be able to do so. You will be solely responsible for any fees that apply to any such cancellation.

The Company reserves the right to terminate the Customer's access to the Electronic Services or any portion of them in its sole discretion, without notice and without limitation, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the unauthorized use of the Customer's access number(s), password(s) and/or account number(s), breach of this On- line Trading Agreement or the Securities Client Agreement, discontinuance of the Company's access to any Information from any Information Provider or termination of one or more agreements between the Company and Information Providers.

After suspension, electronic services may be reinstated, at our discretion, once there are sufficient funds in your accounts to cover any fees and other transfers and debits. We may terminate electronic services or your right to make electronic funds transactions at any time upon written notice. However, we reserve the right to terminate electronic services immediately, and without notice, if the terms and conditions of any account agreement have been breached by you or any of your accounts are not in good standing. Upon termination by you or us you will cut and return to us all cards issued in connection with this Agreement. Termination of electronic services does not terminate your accounts or agreements with us and will not affect your authorization for transfers and payments made prior to termination.

6.2 In the event of termination by the Company, the Information Providers, and the Company shall have no liability to the Customer; provided, however, that if the termination is without cause the Company will refund the pro rata portion of any fee that may have been paid by the Customer for the portion of the Electronic Services not furnished to the Customer as of the date of such termination.

6.2 In the event of termination by the Company, the Information Providers, and the Company shall have no liability to the Customer; provided, however, that if the termination is without cause the Company will refund the pro rata portion of any fee that may have been paid by the Customer for the portion of the Electronic Services not furnished to the Customer as of the date of such termination. The Company refers the Customer to the Risk Disclosure Statements and Disclaimers contained in Schedule 3.
Termination of Electronic Services. The Bank may terminate any of its electronic banking services, or revoke your Card at any time, by sending written notice to you. For security purposes, we may, without notice to you, deactivate your debit card if you have not made a transaction with it for one year or more. If you no longer wish to use your Card, cut the Card(s) in half and forward it to us at the above address. If you wish to cancel your transaction capability through AccessLine, you will have to notify the Bank in writing at the above address. To cancel your Online Banking service, you must notify us by phone or e-mail or in writing, as directed in the Salem Five Online Banking Agreement. We are unable to terminate any agreement that you may have initiated with another financial institution or company. Please contact that organization directly. To make check processing faster, federal law permits banks to replace original checks with “substitute checks.” These checks are similar in size to original checks with a slightly reduced image on the front and back of the check. The front of a substitute check states: “This is a legal copy of your check. You can use it the same way you would use the original check.” You may use a substitute check as proof of payment just like the original check. Some or all of the checks that you receive back from Salem Five may be substitute checks. This notice describes rights you have when you receive substitute checks from Salem Five. In certain cases, federal law provides a special procedure that allows you to request a refund for losses you suffer if a substitute check is posted to your account (for example, if you think that Salem Five withdrew the wrong amount from your account or that Salem Five withdrew money from your account more than once for the same check). The losses you may attempt to recover under this procedure may include the amount that was withdrawn from your account and fees that were charged as a result of the withdrawal (for example, returned check fees). The amount of your refund under this procedure is limited to the amount of your loss or the amount of the substitute check, whichever is less.
